This is the outfit I wore on the second day of Budapest fashion week in Varkert! I must say the location of this season's shows was so beautiful! We will be going back there for more outfit shoots definitely! The second day I unfortunately missed the first show, The Four, because I left the next day at 6am to visit my sister in Perpignan, France so I had to get ready and just could not leave the house that early! It is such a shame as I was checking the pentagrams from that show and loved it! Wish I had seen it in person! The second show I saw was Je suis belle, and this was my fave collection from them so far! I thought of it as witches of Salem but in a pretty and magical way, I don't know if this was their inspiration as I forgot to read the press release but nonetheless I loved it!
I also missed Kata Szegedi, again unfortunately but made it back to my ultimate fave hungarian brand's show, Nubu. They never disappoint and the waistcoat looking scarf was genius idea! (check here)

Tony & Guy Fashion Week is happening right now, this Friday and Saturday we have some of the best hungarian designers showcasing their AW15 collections at a completely new location, not only for TGFWB because Varkert Bazar has just been renovated and opened to the public recently.

My fashion week experience started at Kiosk Budapest where me and my bestie/photographer have been invited by FWB & Uber for cocktails. They had this amazing moscow mule which is like the only cocktail I drink apart from Espresso Martini. After drinks we took some outfit photos outside in the sunset and tornado like wind and then left with Uber to the shows' location.

The shows we saw on the first day were Dori Tomcsanyi, which I really loved. I felt like this collection was more mature than before although Dori kept some of her playfulness in the prints and the make up (check out the little colourful dots on the models). The second show was Aeron which is a big favourite of mine, the clothes were easy and giving off a seventies vibe.

I got this "handmade" shirt in Aspen, actually we all got it with the group to have a uniform-like night out on Valentine's day ;) They are all a bit different, and I said handmade because they are made of recycled old vintage shirts with cutouts from vintage tops sewn on the back of them. So each of them is different but when we wore them together they looked matching!

I bought this Label Lab waistcoat/jacket many many years ago and I don't think I ever wore it before as I just never felt like it but I fell in love with now that spring weather is here. The belt is not the original belt, but I wanted to give it a more constructed look so I used this wide leather one from & Other Stories.

This is just a very simple everyday look, it is as comfy as stylish. On days when I don't want to complicate things but still want something then I just add a leopard print anything, a pair of shoes, a bag or a coat.

The seventies is such a strong trend for this spring summer season, I can't help it but to style some references into my outfits! I am not very much of a hippy person in any way, but I like it very much so I make sure I incorporate it into my own style and way of dressing.

Loving the A-line skirts, the earthy colours, the high waist and all kinds of leathers and furs.

It is so in my life at this moment, that tomorrow when I go on shooting a segment for the hungarian Tv Show "Hetkoznapi Kifuto", I will talk about flared trousers originating from this era; which is very strange I end up doing these TV shows anyway.

Wish me luck as I hate talking in front of cameras, actually hate talking in front of strangers
Almost all of the clothes I am wearing here are vintage, if not real vintage then are from a few seasons ago. I am glad we never really used to throw away clothes as a family before so I can have all of these for me to chose from without actually having to purchase anything!
